Terms of service

Lemon Hub provides tools for managing care administration, including client records, visit logging, invoicing, document storage, expense tracking and scheduling.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login details with anyone.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. If any of your details change, update them promptly.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You own the data you enter into Lemon Hub. We do not claim ownership of your client records, invoices, documents or any other content you create.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to store any personal data you enter about your clients, in accordance with UK data protection law.

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment details are required to start the trial.

At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to continue using the service. If you choose not to subscribe, your account remains but access to premium features is paused.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. The current founding carer price is £5.99 per month.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months.

You agree to use Lemon Hub only for lawful purposes related to your care work. You must not use the service to store illegal content, harass others, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

Lemon Hub is provided "as is". While we work to keep the service reliable and secure, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
